12-WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME INFORMATION

 If positive change is what you want, choose the experts.  The now famous 12-week Transformation Challenge was founded in New Zealand by the directors of Club Physical in 1991 and each year since has seen innovations and improvements aimed at getting YOU maximum results in minimum time.

The RESULTS you achieve will almost always correspond to the effort you put in, what you eat and how often you exercise.

Club Physical will provide the motivation, guidance, training, nutritional advice, facilities and the opportunity for you to gain supportive peers as friends to inspire you to succeed with the 12 weeks.

These are the average results at completion of 12 weeks that have been documented, collated and released in a 2015 report to New Zealand Government Minister of Health, Jonathan Colman (a copy of this report is available at the club).
