PILATES
An intelligent class with a proven history providing mobility, coordination, balance and core strength. We focus on connecting the mind, breath and body to promote physical and mental well-being.

XCORE
Focuses on your core stability, strength and balance using Swiss Balls, hand-weights and Step.

FLEX
Lose body fat and rapidly develop a toned, athletic physique. Classes use barbells and weights to strengthen and shape while you become an expert in safe, effective technique.

X45 – Strength

XTREME30
Results come fast using the H.I.I.T. principle to build a truly athletic physique, in minimum time!

X45 – CARDIO
All levels welcome. A small additional fee applies*.

RUNNING GROUP
A fun group outdoors run, using a variety of terrain, like flat roads, hills and trails.

STEPX
Too good to miss with a history of great beat at rhythmic cardio, this will amp up your fitness while having FUN.

TEENS @ 4
This is a fun, supervised exercise class run for teens featuring a variety of activities to help promote a healthy lifestyle to our youth.

XRIDE
Indoor cycling bonanza! A motivating GX Instructor will drive you over hills and through the valleys while you rarely leave your bike seat. Look forward to a challenging, high intensity experience.

YOGA
Proven through the ages this peaceful class combines breath and movement to clear your mind and stretch out. We offer two styles; YOGA which is pose based and VINYASA FLOW YOGA that is dynamic movement.

BARRE’
Let your inner ballerina shine while you strengthen and tone with low impact. This unique class combines the best elements of dance, Pilates, Yoga and functional training.

ZUMBA
Join the PARTY! Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. You’ll have so much FUN that you won’t even realise that you’re exercising!

JR. WRESTLING
The ultimate self-defence class based on the World’s first Olympic sport. Ideal to build kids confidence and to supplement sports conditioning. Ideal for boys and girls aged 6-14.

KARATE
Karate is predominantly a striking martial art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes.

KIDS JIU JITSU
Jiu Jitsu is experiencing a rapid growth in popularity worldwide. Like wrestling it is excellent for self- defence for boys and girls
