One of the major benefits of coming to Club Physical is that YOU will get to make new friends. Think about it. You already have at least three important qualities in common;
(1) You are definitely not a lazy person
(2) You believe in making the effort to stay healthy
(3) You enjoy being around like-minded people.
It’s a very healthy skill to be able to make new friends and to build relationships. The mutual payback is support, care, advice and comradery that helps us get through life. If you would like to propel your ability to build relationships, consider this;
‘When you get within 5 meters of him he will begin to wag his tail. If you stop and pat him, he will almost jump out of his skin to show you how much he likes you. And you know that behind this show of affection on his part, there are no ulterior motives. He doesn’t want to sell you any real estate and he doesn’t want to marry you.
By some divine instinct a dog knows that by becoming genuinely interested in others, you can make more friends in two months, than two years of trying to get other people interested in you.’
So our message to you today is to encourage you to open up and to say ‘hi’ to those around you at the club. You do have allot in common. And remember, if you like to build relationships, take a genuine interest in others. Be glad to see them.
