Club Physical is home for me.
It’s been the pinnacle of my growth as a 14 year old with Mr Venu who invited me to the gym. 72 and had abs and workouts like you’ve never seen!
PE teacher at Rosmini Catholic Boys college, Westlake Boys High School and currently at Auckland Boys Grammar School.
My favourite exercise includes:  running, body movements, cycling and swimming.
I love the west coast and being conditioned for the heat swells on a good day of surf sets is what I do to wine down.
My ambition is to push my personal boundaries and growing mental strength by committing and allowing the body to always develop and learn new skills.
I’m back in town and hope to invest in people who value life and see their body as a gift to look after.
Only one body so it’s our duty to look after it!

After almost 40 years in the health and fitness industry I still love teaching classes and working with people realising their potential to live the best life they can live. I have taught most types of classes from Pilates to HIIT,  and anything in between. Life is not a dress rehearsal. Stay fit and live it well.
