When chocolates, drinks and treats are thrust in front of you don’t sweat-it if you indulge. Loosen up and enjoy the company of your family and friends. Becoming overly uptight about every calorie is what leads to eating disorders and none of us want that. 2020 has brought enough stress of its own, so don’t add to it and bore your friends by explaining your guilt about the Christmas cake you just ate.
Before you know it, you will be back in to your 2021 gym routine with renewed enthusiasm, a fresh attitude and new goals. Certainly, give thought to your New Year’s fitness goals. But for now, relax and enjoy the moment.
